January 8th, 1957. The last letter.
Copenhagen the 8th of January 57.
Having received your letters, I will write to you asking you not to write to me any more. I thought we were all through and as I’ve not answered your letters, you ought to have understood that I’m not interested in keeping in touch with you. What has happened us is now the past and I don’t see any use in taking up the subject again, it’s better keeping it as a memory and not to let it hurt both of us as a bad one. I’ve got engaged to a very nice Danish boy and I love him very much. We are getting married this summer as soon as we’ve got a flat. I hope you very much success with your job in Canada.
